Script Integrate between IPAM 4.0 and UDT 3.0.0 module to pull more information available?

Hi Forum,

Is there any Script to Integrate between IPAM 4.0 and UDT 3.0.0 module. I would like to pull more information in one IPAM web page?

I used some integrated scripts (for IPAM 3.1 and UDT 2.5) but they did not work. It seem to be not work in IPAM 4.0. when I run script it say IP Address manager must be installed. Furthermore, I get some errors like attached picture
