I created a component monitor to let me know when CMD.exe is UP on a node. We don't care if it is down, in-fact we prefer it that way for security reasons (our last pen-test advised us to monitor for spawning of cmd.exe processes as potential malware or hack on our DC's etc.). In the web console however, it shows as red if CMD.exe is not running on a server but in our case we want it to be the opposite. We want it all nice and green when that component is down so we are requesting the ability to change the way this works for special cases such as ours.
